Planning, delivery and storage
Do you have a question about the planning, delivery or storage of your furniture? Contact us at our showrooms, from Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm. Tuesday is the legally required closing day.

Service, warranty and quality
For questions related to our service, warranty and quality, please call +32 (0)11/610 633 .
We are available from Monday to Friday (not on Tuesdays) from 8 am to 12 noon and from 12.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
In order to avoid waiting times, we recommend that you contact us between 1 pm and 4 pm.
Or you can use the Service card, which you will find in the information brochure. Your query will be handled as soon as possible after your card or phone call is received. If a service appointment is required, we will plan it as soon as possible. You can also call on us after the warranty period.
