Delivery period


The expected delivery period is mentioned on the purchase order at the time of the order. We will make every endeavour to respect this period. If, due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control, this period can no longer be respected, we will notify you as soon as we have been informed of the situation.


 


The delivery


We assume that your home can easily be accessed. If you have any doubts, let us know in time so that we can offer the best possible solution.


For deliveries up to the 2nd floor we can use the lorry’s tailboard. If an aerial lift lorry is required for the delivery, a charge of EUR 125 applies. Our aerial lift lorries go up to 27 metres high, this corresponds the 9th floor. Take into account that an aerial lift lorry is always required for large or heavy furniture. This does obviously not apply for ground floor deliveries. Remember to provide enough parking space to park the lift lorry (4 parking places, which is about 20 m). Inquire with your local authority to see if other measures have to be taken. (e.g. traffic signs).

Time of delivery


A few days before the delivery you will receive a letter, mail or text from containing the date when the furniture will be delivered. If you are unable to be home on that day, please let us know by telephone as soon as you receive the delivery message.


Due to practical reasons, we can never give you an exact time. For an indication of the time of delivery, call +32 (0)11/610 630 on the day before the delivery or on the day itself.


 


Delivery on demand


A delivery on demand has nothing but advantages!


 



  • Your furniture ready to be delivered by the time you need it

  • No unexpected price increases

  • You can plan the delivery period yourself

 


Notify the salesperson of the demand period of your choice. We will ask our manufacturer to deliver your furniture 2 weeks before the end of this period.


When the order has reached us, we will send you a message in which we ask you to contact us as soon as possible to agree on the exact delivery date.


Do you want to postpone the delivery a little longer? No problem at all. Just let us know. We will ask for an additional down payment if the original on demand period is exceeded by more than 3 months.


 


Storage


If you want, you can store your order for free in our warehouses up to 1 year after the goods arrive. If you would like to leave the furniture with us longer, you can. In that case we will be asking you for a small monthly contribution of EUR 8.00/month/place.
