Payment

A down payment will be required at the time of ordering. We are the only furniture business in Belgium who fully guarantees this down payment in case of bankruptcy up to 25% of the purchase amount. This is done through a Benelux solidarity fund Heylen is affiliated to.

Upon delivery, you only have to settle the remaining amount with the deliverers. You can do so in 4 ways:

Cash

Cash payment at the time of delivery.

Transfer

If you would rather not have so much cash in the house, you can transfer the entire or partial amount a few days before the delivery. Take into account that the transfer has to be made at least 5 working days before the delivery to make sure the payment has reached our account on the day of delivery.

Bank cheque

You can request a certified cheque made out to Heylen NV from your bank for the outstanding amount.

Payment card

Our deliverers are equipped with a mobile payment terminal, making sure that you can comfortably make secure payments at home. However, this is subject to some conditions:

- the balance on the bank or giro account you will be using holds sufficient funds

- inquire at least 3 working days in advance with your bank what your personal spending limit is. Most Belgian banks use a limit of EUR 2,500 over a period of 7 days, in the Netherlands, you can usually take out up to EUR 5,000. If necessary, you can request it to be increased. If the outstanding amount is higher than your personal spending limit, you can always pay the difference in cash.

You can also settle the outstanding balance at the showroom a few days before the delivery.

For deliveries in Belgium, Dutch debit cards with Maestro function can also be used from now on.
